Throughout the course we will introduce realistic tools and practices to help you achieve realistic results through the 6 principals of health mindful nutrition, lean planning, gentle pillates, yoga and breathing techniques. hydration, and journalling or thought work.
you will also be introduced to holistic self care and will experience some holistic energy treatments to balance your emotional body. The programmes are tailored around your needs and have a degree of flexability All plans are configured to work in a holistic way, allowing us to discover and focus on what resinates for you, with you.
