I have been practicing Reiki for over 20 years.
Reiki works on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. On a physical level, it help the body to heal and repair itself. It supports the emotional body in recovery from sadness, on an energetic level it works to repair and realign the human spiritual energy flow.
The one -hour online session is suitable for adults and children.
Its beneficial for those suffering from anxiety, stress, or physical or emotional pain.
Sports athletes find it helps ease anxiety and enhances clarity before big performance. Its definitely very good for anyone that over thinks!
The treatment begins with a gentle visualisation which helps the client feel at ease. Most people find themselves in a place of peace during this healing session, which allows the mind to wander and releases tension and stress.
